These terms are between you (the workshop and its users) and [operator name], the operator of GarageGrowth AI.
- GarageGrowth AI provides software to prepare, approve and publish marketing content, manage advertising in accounts you own, and record and categorise customer enquiries.
- You pay advertising platforms directly. Every campaign activation and budget change requires your explicit confirmation; campaigns are created paused.
- No specific number of leads, bookings or revenue is guaranteed. AI-generated drafts, categories and summaries can be wrong and must be reviewed before you rely on them.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use media you upload, and that claims in content you approve are accurate.
- You are responsible for your customers' data that you collect through the service, including having a lawful basis to contact them, and for complying with Meta, WhatsApp, Google and YouTube policies for your accounts.
- You can disconnect platforms, export your data or delete your workspace at any time in Settings.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
